Today I am sharing with you my super easy avocado toast recipe. What I love most about avocado toast is that you can eat it at any time of day. It’s absolutely filling and avocados are packed with nutritious vitamins E, K and C. Which are all essential for strong immunity and healthy skin.

✓ Smash 1 to 2 Avocados
✓ Dice 1 organic tomato & 1 white onion
✓  Mix ingredients
✓ Squeeze lemon and add pepper and Himalayan salt to taste
