With that said, I am constantly searching for delicious yet simple vegetarian recipes. Enjoy the first post of “Vegetarian Bites” where I will be sharing my favorite vegetarian recipes with all of you. When I came across Mimi Ikonn’s beautifully designed vegetarian cookbook, I knew that I would not be disappointed.
